The Park |
|
|
|
The park is open from the
beginning of March to the end of November each year. A section of
the park is designated owner/occupier only, but on the remainder of
the park owners are at liberty to sub-let their holiday homes.
Chapel Garden Centre. |
|
|
|
The Stevenson
family also runs Chapel Garden Centre. This is more than just a
Garden Centre; there is something here for all the family. You
can browse for garden or houseplants, water features, ornaments
or for something nice to enhance your patio. You can shop for
gifts, partake of an excellent meal, or if you prefer enjoy a
welcome cup of coffee and a snack in the coffee bar. |

Golden Sands is well placed
with a multitude of local attractions for the whole family. With
local shops and markets to explore for bargains, or perhaps a
day's fishing or boating is more your style. There's Funcoast
World and Fantasy Island close by and Skegness is only four
miles away with a bus stop at the entrance to the park for those
who would rather leave their car.
Travelling just a little
further afield you can find the delightful market town of Louth
with it's magnificent church, small museum and tri-weekly market
or take a quiet walk through Hubbard's Hills. Horncastle boasts
several antique shops. Lincoln, Grimsby and Boston are all
within approximately an hours car journey from the Park. Closer
to hand there's the Market town of Alford with its renowned
Craft Market. There is also Tennyson Country or the Lincolnshire
Wolds nearby. |
